Sales

Our sales people are highly motivated, self-starting individuals capable of dealing with senior levels of client business and information systems management. They focus on the client's business problems and assemble solutions to address these issues. They understand and appreciate how business processes can be leveraged through information technology.

System Development

Our developers utilize leading edge Java technology to develop and maintain high quality commercial solutions for our customers. Their skills cover the spectrum of business analysis, solution design, component development, integration, and testing. They work closely with the Client Services consultants and customer staff to understand the high impact business issues and then deliver solutions to meet their present and future compliance needs. Keeping on top of open systems trends and technologies ensures that the software developed is functionally robust and highly reliable.

Client Services

Client Services professionals deliver and support the compliance solutions that our customers need. These largely client-facing consultants maintain a good blend of communication skills, deep product knowledge, and industry focus on compliance. Those involved in implementation of solutions to new customers will leverage strong but practical project management experience to drive faster learning and therefore quicker value. As the primary customer interface for ongoing customer support, these individuals focus not only on customer support, but total Customer Care.
