Personal Information We CollectWhen you become a client of Beyond Compliance, you may subscribe to various automated workflow processes that use personal information. This information includes:
This information is collected and used for two purposes: (1) To establish and maintain a commercial relationship with you and to provide you with Beyond Compliance products and services. Personal information is required in order to use several different Beyond Compliance automated workflow processes – e.g. Job Performance Management System™ and Workplace Incident Tracking System™. Such information is hosted on our web site to allow you to use these various applications and is only retained in data archives for internal management and auditing purposes. (2) To meet legal, regulatory, and security requirements (such as in response to a court order), and otherwise as permitted or required by law. If we intend to use personal information for purposes not identified to you or as set out above, these other purposes will be described to you at the time of collection or before using the information. We will not use your information for any other purpose without your consent. CookiesBeyond Compliance uses cookies to identify "sessions". Sessions are a means for our server to recognize that a user has been authenticated. The cookie simply consists of a unique sequence of characters that the server internally matches up with a logged-in user. The cookie itself contains no personal information and is not combined with personal information. Third Parties' Access to Personal InformationBeyond Compliance does not sell client information to any outside entity. However, Beyond Compliance will release personal information to the appropriate law enforcement, governmental or other authorities if legally required to do so. ConsentIn some of the Beyond Compliance workflow applications, there is a requirement for personal information to be stored within Beyond Compliance’s database. Therefore, we require that each client consults with his or her corporate privacy officer, and obtains consent to collect, use and disclose such information for the purposes identified or described in this privacy policy, if applicable, or as otherwise described at the time of collection.
