Compliance Manager

Identify, assess, monitor, track and report on compliance deficiencies quickly
and effectively
The heart of our Integrated Compliance Management System, the Compliance Manager™, is designed to optimize field operations data collection and management, while providing easy-to-use reporting and calendar tools for the corporate user.
Once data is collected from the field or reporting office, the Compliance Manager components are used to:
- Build a hierarchical view of your operations and business rules
- Identify and track deficiencies
- Assign and manage tasks
- Provide advanced alert notification
- Escalate overdue events
Beyond Compliance can help you incorporate your business rules to enable you to track elements considered non-compliant by your organization.
Compliance Manager™ incorporates three key components:
Corrective Action Register® (CAR)
CAR is a deficiency tracking tool that:
- Applies business rules to the data collected by, and contained in, the compliance applications
- Defines and identifies all non-compliant elements requiring corrective action
- Automatically registers and assigns each corrective action to the responsible, authorized personnel
Corrective Action Plan™ (CAP)
CAP is a deficiency management tool that:
- Tracks all non-compliant elements requiring corrective action
- Enables monitoring of the status of each assigned activity
- Triggers escalating event notification to alert responsible personnel when assignments are overdue
- Accepts a digital signature from an authorized individual when the corrective action is completed
- Archives the results and creates an audit trail for future reference
Compliance Calendar® (CCAL)
CCAL is a proactive calendar which provides authorized individuals with:
- A view of open compliance activities, including descriptions of upcoming events, notification of overdue events, and links to the relevant support information
- "Templates" for compliance events which can incorporate specific company requirements (for example: due date, notification period, actions required etc.)
