ConTRAK® is designed to deliver standardized compliance and performance information for each service provider which is registered once by the vendor and then made available over the internet to client organizations. Suppliers are able to manage their data in one location, making it significantly easier to communicate changes to multiple clients. As well , clients are able to access one central source in order to communicate policy changes to their vendor community or manage the non-compliant events of particular suppliers. ConTRAK® provides for basic exchange of information and at the same time can be modified to address unique, company specific requirements. Once data is input, ConTRAK® subscribers then use the important management functions to manage, track and report on their suppliers status, initiate electronic action plans or optionally export relevant data elements to existing corporate systems.
