Client ServicesHow Can We Help?Product implementation is handled through our Client Services Group, which is responsible for client support during product rollout. These consultants bring a combination of product expertise and project management skills in support of our client project teams and are fully accountable for client satisfaction during the implementation phases. Beyond Compliance provides post-implementation support to clients through a central help desk that is staffed by experienced implementation consultants familiar with the ICMS suite of products. Consultants who work directly with clients during implementation also manage calls and in this manner are able to leverage recent implementation experience and client knowledge. All consultants are cross trained for product knowledge, classroom training skills, and project management; and utilize a common methodology. Client experience indicates that most support calls (telephone or email) occur within the first few weeks of training. During this time, many calls received by Client Services pertain to functions typically covered during training. These training ‘refresher’ calls are quite common and anticipated as clients begin to translate their training experience into day-to-day operations. Support coverage is offered from 8:00am to 5:00pm MST, Monday through Friday (except statutory holidays). Optional extended coverage may be provided on a fee basis.
